Providing Smart Street Lighting (290 no’s of octagonal 10 mtr poles with decorative single arm of 1.5 mtr length, 210W light, Web based Smart Centralized Control & Monitoring System (CCMS), Smart On/Off System driven by IoT devices etc.) on Seed Access Road of Amaravati from E3-N12 Road Junction to E3-N4 Road Junction

The Amaravati Government Complex will have a centralized District Cooling facility that would provide cooling requirements for the iconic buildings of the Assembly, High Court and Secretariat. The project will be undertaken on PPP basis, with the setup being undertaken by the private player and Government being payable as per the usage of cooling requirement it consumes. The capacity of the plant is planned at 20,000 TR.

The City Smart Duct project includes the design, investigation and construction of approx. 700km of underground Power and ICT ducts for the Area-based development. The underground cabling for transmissions and distribution of power would avoid bear power line proximity accidents.

The Sewarage Treatment Plant project involves development of a Sewerage Treatment Plant of 5 MLD capacity along with respective pipeline infrastructure and smart elements/meters to produce treated waste water that is safe enough for release into the environment through involvement of physical, chemical, and biological processes, that would primarly serve the projects present in the Amaravati Government Complex Area (NGO Quarters, GO Quarters, High Court etc.).

Development of a Water Treatment Plant of 10 MLD Capacity at Rayapudi along with respective pipeline infrastructure and smart elements/meters to serve AGC area, mainly MLA, MLC, AIS Quarters and Project Office

Development of external & internal infrastructure for construction of state-of-art club house within an area of 25,000 sq.ft each in MLA/MLC & AIS Quarters

In an effort to improve e-governance in the development and operations of the city, the EPDMS tool will streamline the project management, document management and asset management of the projects that are being undertaken in Amaravati. Additionally, the status is also made public through dashboard in the interest of transparency and accountability.

Construction of G+7 APCRDA/ASSCCL Project Office at Amaravati with ICCC for real time monitoring and SDC…Initially to start with facade and G+2/G+4 structure to accommodate ICCC, ADC, SDC, APRERA, APCFSS etc.

Development of ISWM (Integrated Solid Waste Management) processing plant at Krishnayapalem and disposal of dry, wet waste from MLA/MLC/AIS Quarters through Compactors, Compactor Bins via Centralized Segregated Garbage Collection System driven by mechanical systems and integrated by smart elements

The Riverfront of the Amaravati Government Complex area spanning approximately 1km length would be developed as an open public space under this project. The project would involve enabling engineering works as well as landscaping works required to establish the river front as a vibrant public space for the residents of Amaravati.

In order to optimize the city’s urban planning and infrastructure, ASSCCL is undertaking the development of a “digital twin” of the city. The digital twin would combine GIS, Building-information models as well as IoT/MIS information to provide up-to-date data about various sectors of the city to enable an open-data environment as provided in the Data Smart City strategy of the MoHUA, Government of India. In addition, the development of an “Experience Center”, a 4,000sq.ft facility that would demonstrate 3D models, various AR/VR/MR technologies on the features of the fast-developing city would be developed.

The AGC Central Park project includes the development of the “Central Park” in Amaravati Government Complex area. This also includes the enabling works and necessary utilities such as storm water, earth works, landscaping, greenery works, artificial water channel development works that are associated with the project.

The town sports hub phase-2 project involves the further development of an indoor sports hub that would consist of state-of-the-art facilities for badminton, table tennis, gymnasiums and other facilities such as parks, food courts etc.

Development of a skill development center in an area of 25,000 sq.ft in APCRDA Project Office and in Thullur 4 AND-AMR-066 Sewerage Treatment Plant Development of a Sewerage Treatment Plant of 2.5/5 MLD capacity along with respective pipeline infrastructure and smart elements/meters in AGC area, mainly MLA, MLC, AIS Quarters and Project Office

Upgradation of the existing 24 no's of schools present in the 25 revenue villages of Amaravati City

Development of 18 no's of e-Health Subcenters cum wellness centers and 01 no's of PHC catering to primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare of the population of Amaravati City

Development of Smart Road Junctions (Speed Sensors, Ease Congestion Technology, Smart Surviellance System, Digital Signage etc.) at strategic locations (E3-N10 Junction {50 mtrs}, E3-N8 Junction {60 mtrs}, E3-N7 Junction {90 mtrs}) on Seed Access Road of Amaravati connecting Secretariat, High Court, Assembly etc.

The Amaravati Citizen Card will act as the single identification mechanism for all government services within Amaravati. The citizen card along with the “Mana Amaravati” mobile app and related IT application plus infrastructure services would provide the citizens with one-stop interface to settle all utility bills, taxes, receive notifications, raise grievances, and participate in other community events.

In an effort to improve the adoption of electric vehicles within the Capital City, the city is planned to undertake the procurement of electric buses/vehicles that would provide intra-city connectivity as well as connectivity between Vijayawada and Amaravati.

The bulk metering project involves installation of smart water and power meters to the households within the Amaravati Government Complex area to ensure reduction in any leakages as well as to provide consumption analytics to the end-user and thereby promoting sustainable water and power use.
